Q. What is your policy on returning items?
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with any item you received from
us, simply request an RMA* (Return Merchandise Authorization) number via the email link below, and then
return the merchandise in its
with a copy of the
invoice within 30 days
of purchase. All items must be shipped in a padded
envelope or a box to avoid any damage during shipping process. We will not be
responsible for any merchandise damaged or lost during return transit. After arrival
of returned merchandise, we will exchange it, credit your account, or refund
Return Product Exceptions:
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on Gold Wire
and any Chain by the Foot.
All sales on these items are final.
